Commissioner Dennis Welgraven moved to approve the preliminary plat; Commissioner Loy Woelber seconded and the motion passed. The minutes record the Planning Commission conducted a public hearing Dec. 12, 2024, prior to the board’s action. The approval applies to a 5.1-acre parcel in Government Lot 5, Section 11, Lake Sarah Township.
