Buffalo County approves interlocal agreement with Hall County to replace Wiseman Road structure
The Board authorized an interlocal agreement with Hall County to replace an aging structure on Wiseman Road with a concrete box culvert and adopted Resolution 2025‑66, authorizing the Chairperson to sign the agreement and assigning responsibility for construction, shared expenses, supervision and maintenance.

BUFFALO COUNTY, Neb. — The Buffalo County Board of Commissioners on Oct. 28 approved an interlocal government agreement with Hall County to replace an old structure on Wiseman Road with a concrete box, authorizing the Board Chair to sign the agreement.
