Murray County authorizes Phase 2 of highway maintenance facility and authorizes architect selection

The board moved to proceed with Phase 2 and to secure a contract with Contegrity Group; it also authorized the building committee to solicit and secure architect/engineer services with input from the county administrator, county engineer and construction manager. Motions to proceed and to authorize procurement were moved by Jackie Meier and seconded by Mark Carlson and passed.
Filippi said the team planned to advertise bids in late fall, aim to award contracts in December, and begin construction in spring 2026. The transcript indicates the board will receive architect quotes and subsequent contract recommendations in future meetings.
