The Buffalo County Board of Commissioners voted Feb. 25 to approve a Sales Outlet Contractor Agreement allowing Hastings Keno, Inc. to operate a keno satellite at The Ridge, LLC (dba Buffalo Ridge Golf Course), located at 7335 N Avenue in Kearney.
