Buffalo County adopts public records fee schedule in Resolution 2026-04
The Buffalo County Board of Commissioners unanimously approved Resolution 2026-04 on Jan. 27, 2026, adopting a county cost schedule for public records requests and directing the schedule and request form be posted to the county website. The resolution cites Neb. Rev. Stat. §§ 84-712–84-712.09 and allows recoupment of legally authorized costs.
