Commissioner Randy H. Bunch moved to approve and execute an amended Title IV‑D attorney contract for the Domestic Relations office after a review with Domestic Relations Director Tina Gress. The contract amendment had originally been signed on Sept. 16, 2025; the minutes show the board approved the amended version on Nov. 25.
