The Oneida County Planning & Development Committee on Feb. 18 directed Planning & Zoning Director Karl Jennrich to convey the committee's opposition to proposed changes in the state's privately owned wastewater treatment systems (POWTS) maintenance frequency contained in Wis. Adm. Code ss. SPS 383.54(3)(b) and (4)(a).
