Human Resource Director Jenni Lueneburg told the Oneida County Executive Committee on Feb. 25 that a previously discussed market-adjustment for Computer Technician positions is now before the committee as a formal resolution. Lueneburg said the resolution formalizes a market adjustment to the nonexempt wage schedule and requested approval to move it forward to the County Board.
The committee voted (motion Schreier/Jensen) to place the resolution on the County Board consent agenda and approved the motion by roll call with all present members voting aye. The minutes state that Lueneburg had discussed recruitment and retention issues previously and is seeking the Board-level action to implement the adjustment.
The committee did not record further debate or amendment in the meeting minutes; the resolution will proceed to the County Board for its consideration as part of the consent agenda.
