During the public comment period of the Spencer County Fiscal Court meeting on Jan. 20, resident Ryan Irvine asked the court for assistance in maintaining Little Mount Colored Cemetery. Irvine described the cemetery as among the largest historically Black burial grounds in the county and asked the court to help with upkeep.
