The Charlotte County Electoral Board met Jan. 27, 2022, at a temporary registrar’s office in Charlotte Court House to interview applicants for the county registrar vacancy and to consider related personnel matters. Present were Electoral Board members Glenwood Foster, Glenn Baker and Aubrey Fane and Heather Harding, registrar for Halifax County.
