Ten Mile Planning Commission recommends BOCC approve A‑Lift hotel site plan with conditions
On Feb. 13 the Ten Mile Planning Commission voted to recommend that the Summit County Board of County Commissioners approve a Class 4 site plan for the A‑Lift Hotel in the A‑Lift Neighborhood — 20 cabins (48 keys) and a lodge — subject to lot-line, trail-access, and permitting conditions.

The Ten Mile Planning Commission on Feb. 13 voted to recommend that the Summit County Board of County Commissioners approve a Class 4 site plan review for an A‑Lift Hotel development in the A‑Lift Neighborhood, consisting of 20 individual cabins (48 keys) and a lodge containing a restaurant, spa and other commercial space on Tracts 1 and 2, a 4.176-acre parcel zoned Copper Mountain PUD.
