Fleming County Fiscal Court approves routine finances, advances procurement-code amendments and authorizes water-district access
At its July 9 meeting the Fiscal Court unanimously approved multiple routine financial reports and agreements, advanced a first reading of amendments to the county administrative code including adopting the Kentucky Model Procurement Code and raising the contract threshold to $30,000, and approved a resolution authorizing the Western Fleming County Water District to use county rights-of-way for a water-line replacement via horizontal directional drilling.
