Crystal Ruark, director of the Fleming County Chamber of Commerce, briefed the Fiscal Court on Feb. 11 about the chamber's upcoming events, the status of the Work Ready Community Program and school-related initiatives. She announced the annual membership drive and emphasized that membership is open to individuals and families as well as businesses.
