At the Feb. 11 Fleming County Fiscal Court meeting, Judge/Executive Larry H. Foxworthy asked magistrates to review samples of Requests for Proposals concerning a potential exclusive franchise for residential and commercial solid-waste and recycling collection and disposal services and noted the item will return for discussion at the next meeting.
