At their Nov. 25 meeting the Fulton County Board of Commissioners adopted a 2026 tentative budget, approved an HR Manual amendment and reclassified the Veteran Affairs director to a 30-hour full‑time equivalent, and approved reappointments, invoices and administrative authorizations; all recorded motions were unanimous.
