At its Oct. 12 meeting the Morton County Commission approved final plats for two short‑form subdivisions and associated zoning map amendments. Commissioner Buckley moved, and Commissioner Morrell seconded, to approve the final plat for Lazy B Subdivision and a zoning change from Agricultural to Residential for Lot 2; the commission found the plat conformed to Article 7 of the Morton County Land Use Code and the 2045 Comprehensive Plan and voted unanimously to approve.
