At its Jan. 6 meeting the Delaware County Board of County Commissioners approved a Delaware County Commissioner utility permit (road bore) for CoxCom, LLC covering locations across Districts 1–3 and collected a $1,000 bond. The permit requires the company to notify the BOCC in writing when work is complete and allows the county to release the bond after inspection and written acceptance.
The board also unanimously selected Commissioner David Poindexter to represent the county on the Circuit Engineering District.
Both actions were approved by motions from Commissioner Jake Callihan, seconded by Commissioner David Beck, and recorded by roll call as unanimous.
