The Delaware County Excise Board approved an estimate of needs and a request for appropriations for Cleora EMS and for Delaware County during a special session on Oct. 29, 2025. The session convened at 9:00 a.m. and was called by Chairman Doug Smith.
Doug Smith, chairman, moved to review and approve the estimate of needs and the request for appropriations; Charles Marts, member, seconded the motion. The motion carried with all voting members present voting in the affirmative. Steve Odle, a member listed on the agenda, was absent from the session.
Earlier in the session, Charles Marts moved and Doug Smith seconded a separate motion to approve the minutes of the regular meeting dated Oct. 8, 2025; that motion also passed unanimously among voting members present. The meeting was then adjourned at 9:03 a.m. after a motion to adjourn by Marts, seconded by Smith.
