The Whitfield County Board of Commissioners voted 2-0 March 22 to extend its lease with Triple E. Properties for office space at 201 S. Hamilton Street through June 30, 2022, at $10,550 per month and with a 120-day termination clause.

The Whitfield County Board of Commissioners voted 2-0 on March 22, 2021, to extend its lease with Triple E. Properties, LLC for county administration offices in the Wells Fargo Bank building at 201 S. Hamilton Street in Dalton, extending the agreement through June 30, 2022. The county will pay $10,550 per month under the extended lease and retains the ability to terminate the agreement with 120 days' written notice.
