Tift County planning staff: rezoning request for Whiddon Mill Road parcel has Planning Commission backing
The Greater Tift County Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of a request by CNK Properties, LLC to rezone a 1.684-acre parcel at 1706 Whiddon Mill Road from R21 to RP to allow a real estate office; Community Development staff said there was no opposition at the Planning Commission meeting.

The Tift County Board of Commissioners workshop on April 4 heard a public hearing on TC-ZA-23-03, a petition from CNK Properties, LLC to rezone a 1.684-acre parcel at 1706 Whiddon Mill Road from R21 (Medium Density Residential) to RP (Residential Professional) so the property may be used for a real estate office.
