Commission awards Friendship Road resurfacing contract; discusses Riverbend dock, dredging and other SPLOST projects
Cusseta–Chattahoochee commissioners unanimously awarded the LMIG Friendship Road resurfacing contract to Oxford Construction ($358,750) and discussed SPLOST/Tourism projects including a Riverbend Park dock, park bathrooms and a proposed Welcome Center. Staff are exploring dredging options for the boat ramp and Army Corps involvement.
