To support grant administration, the court approved Resolution 21‑1322 authorizing the Buffalo Trace Area Development District to provide administrative services on the grant and empowered the Judge/Executive to sign related paperwork.
The actions leave the county positioned to seek CDBG funds to assist residents with utility bills tied to pandemic impacts, while outsourcing grant administration to a regional development district. The court recorded unanimous votes on the emergency plan adoption and both resolutions.
