The Bland County Board of Supervisors voted unanimously on May 24 to grant a Conditional Use Permit for a proposed RV recreation facility on Tax Map Nos. 49‑A‑9 and 49‑A‑15. Planning Commission Secretary Joel Cagle presented the Planning Commission's recommendation in favor of approval with two conditions: no permanent structures attached to or constructed for the RVs, and the project must be completed and operational within 18 months of the Board's approval.
