Benzie County approves elevator, HVAC replacements and dispatch radio purchases
The board authorized a Kone elevator hydro modification (≤$110,000), replacement of two rooftop HVAC units using capital and ARPA funds, declared a 2015 vehicle surplus for sale, and approved purchase of two portable Kenwood radios (≤$12,750) while renewing a $3.00 per-device 911 surcharge for 2024–25.
