The court approved the Historical Society's request to purchase an AED and cabinet for the History Center at 207 North College Street; the motion was made by Magistrate Jeffrey Burr, seconded by Poston, and approved unanimously.
The court accepted the FY23/24 road salt bid from Compass Minerals America Inc. at $117.50 per ton (delivered) with no obligation to purchase; Judge Barnes was authorized to sign necessary documents.
