FRANKFORT, Ky. — The Franklin County Fiscal Court at a Jan. 3 work session approved a slate of routine personnel actions, bond approvals and a contract for inmate telecommunications while deferring approval for one constable bond because paperwork was incomplete.
The court, presided over by Judge Michael Mueller, voted to approve minutes from the Dec. 16, 2022 meeting and a Fiscal Court Order appointing county employees. The court also approved a Fiscal Court Order setting compensation for the deputy judge/executive and staff.
