Commission members and staff reviewed proposed text amendments to the Boyne Valley Township Zoning Ordinance related to the Waterfront Greenbelt. Members had no substantive concerns about the amendments and commended the township for providing the proposed changes in context with proposed edits shown in red, which facilitated review. The commission voted to send a letter stating they had no concerns and to thank the township (motion by Pam Grassmick; second by Mike Ritter).
