Jenny Matheis of the Indiana 15 Regional Planning Commission presented low or lone bids for the county's Owner-Occupied Rehabilitation (HELP OOR) program and asked the board to award contracts for the first group of homes. The commissioners voted to approve the low or lone bid for each listed project and the contracts were presented for signatures.
