Heard County authorizes hazard mitigation contract to update FEMA plan
The county approved a contract with Plans & More, LLP to update a required hazard mitigation plan; Sharon Armstrong said the first draft will go to FEMA in June 2020 and the contract will be funded by FEMA grant monies the county received.
