Durham staff outline transit tracker, light-rail policy flags for FY25 work program
Transportation staff told commissioners the FY25 Durham Annual Transit Work Program will include a twice-yearly transit tracker with performance metrics and finances, and noted staff flagged light rail stations as a policy choice for County consideration and shuttle/micro-transit connections to the Museum of Life and Science.

Transportation Director Ellen Beckmann briefed the Board on the FY25 Durham Annual Transit Work Program, confirming that project performance metrics and financial data will be included in a transit tracker and updated twice a year. She said unspent funds from earlier years would carry forward to future projects and staff could follow up with GoTriangle on additional expenditures.
