Burleson County requires position questionnaires as condition for salary study participation

On Jan. 23 the Burleson County Commissioners Court unanimously approved a requirement that each county position have a completed Position Analysis Questionnaire (PAQ) and job description before participating in the county salary study. Commissioner David Hildebrand moved the requirement and Commissioner Vincent Svec seconded; the motion passed with all present voting aye.
