Child advocacy center asks Simpson County for $8,000 as federal funding declines

Judge-Executive Mason Barnes and the court did not take immediate action on the request; the minutes state the request "will be considered as the FY24/25 county budget is prepared." The court will review the request during the county’s upcoming budget process.
