Fleming County Fiscal Court approves budget amendment, appointments and contracts; discusses dispatch pay
At its Oct. 11 meeting, the Fleming County Fiscal Court unanimously approved routine business including appointment of Greg Hughes to the Western Fleming County Water District board, a budget amendment (Ordinance 22-1369), acceptance of financial reports totaling $4,633,625.77, a special-inspection contract for a new senior center, an easement for water lines and Resolution 22-1374; the court also discussed raising telecommunicator pay.

Fleming County Judge/Executive Larry H. Foxworthy called the Fiscal Court to order at 9 a.m. Oct. 11 at the Fleming County Courthouse in Flemingsburg and led the Pledge of Allegiance. Fiscal Court Clerk Tammy L. Gray recorded roll call; Magistrates David J. DeAtley, Richie Kielman, James Smoot, Donnie Fawns and Ray H. Money were present. County Attorney Monica Hill attended.
