Cheatham County approves budget transfers and multiple equipment purchases, unanimously
At a March 20, 2017 meeting in Ashland City, the Cheatham County Legislative Body approved several budget amendments and authorized purchases including three Ford F-150s for the Sheriff’s Office, a 2018 Freightliner dump truck, and three solid-waste compactors; most measures passed by roll call votes of 11–0 with one commissioner absent.
