Mitchell (1.45 acres from Agriculture to R-1) to construct a single-family dwelling; Planning Commission recommended approval and the full commission approved by roll call 11 Yes, 0 No, 1 Absent. The commission also approved John King’s request to change zoning from R-1 to Agriculture for a 4-acre parcel at 1740 Carney Winters Road (map 37 parcel 46.02); Planning Commission recommended approval and the full commission approved by roll call 11 Yes, 0 No, 1 Absent.
Brian Clements addressed the commission during the public hearing to explain his rezone request. Planning Commission votes were recorded in the minutes (6–0 with absences) before the full-body roll-call votes.
