The Franklin County Board of Commissioners’ Legislative Committee voted April 6, 2017 to send a resolution to the full commission establishing a county victims assistance program under Tennessee Code Annotated § 40-24-109 and designating the Court Appointed Special Advocates for Children (CASA Works, Inc.) to receive the county-designated assessment funds.
