The Claiborne County Commission voted unanimously on Dec. 18 to accept Fultz Circle in the Second District as a county road and add it to the county road list. The resolution (Res. 2023-116) records that property owners requested the transfer and that the county will accept the road "as is," described in the resolution as one mile in length with a gravel surface.
