Benton County commission votes to raise litigation filing fee by $10
On Oct. 15, 2018 the Benton County Commission approved Resolution 1015-05 to increase the litigation tax fee in civil and criminal cases from $50 to $60 under T.C.A. 67-4-601(b); the roll-call vote was 16 Ayes, 1 Nay.
