Deputy County Administrator/HR Jennifer Mathis presented an amended job description for the county Emergency Manager and said the new draft removes any reference to a dual-county manager arrangement with Presque Isle County. The Personnel Committee approved the amendment on a motion by Commissioner John Kozlowski, seconded by Commissioner Todd Britton, and recorded the recommendation as Action Item #1.
