At the July 17 meeting, Director Kim Elkie provided the quarterly director's update and announced a community education session about CodeRED, Alpena County's mass notification system. The session is scheduled for Wednesday, July 23, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. in the Howard Male Conference Room.
