Alpena County’s Personnel Committee approved a Confidentiality and Non‑Disclosure Agreement on Aug. 5 after County Administrator Jesse Osmer described instances in which staff who were privy to sensitive information shared it with other officials and employees.
Osmer said the agreement is intended to protect county information and prevent unauthorized disclosure. Commissioner John Kozlowski noted a couple of minor corrections; the committee approved the agreement with those corrections (Action Item #3).
