Tift County clears planned unit development for multi‑family/student housing

Commissioner Greg Wood moved to approve the PUD and Commissioner Stan Stalnaker seconded; the board approved the petition 6-0. The approval allows the developer to proceed through subsequent permitting steps consistent with the PUD as presented to the county.
