Coffee County authorizes federal Section 5311 transit grant application
The board unanimously authorized filing an application under 49 U.S.C. §5311 for a regional transit program administered by the Southern Georgia Regional Commission; County Attorney Tony Rowell said the program serves about 15 counties and is grant‑funded at no cost to the county.
