Hardin County adopts multiple grant resolutions, including LETPA and Project Safe Neighborhoods
The commissioners adopted resolutions to submit grant applications including Edward Byrne JAG, SHSP, a LETPA tactical response team grant up to $25,000, and a Project Safe Neighborhoods application up to $50,000; smaller community grant applications for the courthouse tree lighting were also approved.

During the Jan. 28 meeting, Hardin County Commissioners approved several grant-related resolutions and applications. Emergency Management Coordinator Aaron Tupper requested authorization to submit an Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant (JAG) application and a State Homeland Security Program (SHSP) application; the court adopted both resolutions.
