Emergency Management Coordinator Aaron Tupper presented the amendment and said the additional expense will be covered by transferring funds within the existing grant budget from the construction line to environmental services, resulting in no additional cost to Hardin County. Commissioner Chris Kirkendall moved to approve the amendment; Commissioner Ernie Koch seconded. The court voted unanimously to approve the amendment.
