The Fayette County Board of Commissioners approved a workers' compensation settlement on June 27, 2024, for Starling Johnson in the amount of $234,865. County Attorney Dennis A. Davenport summarized the terms during return from Executive Session: the settlement combines cash and annuities and includes standard releases, a confidentiality provision, a non-disparagement agreement, and a voluntary resignation with an agreement not to seek future county employment.
