The Autauga County Commission adopted Resolution #2026-2 on Oct. 7, 2025, establishing the Autauga County Employee Recognition and Appreciation Program (ERAP). In the same meeting the commission approved a slate of personnel actions recorded in the minutes: appointment of Jennifer Mangini to the library board for a one‑year term (Nov. 30, 2025–Nov. 30, 2026); acceptance of the resignation of Narcotics Lt. Devin Lincoln (effective Sept. 10, 2025) and authorization to hire a replacement; rehiring of Karl Youngblood (part‑time SRO contract) and approval to hire multiple correctional officers and operations staff with conditional effective dates pending background and drug tests.
Other administrative motions approved unanimously included a 1‑year inmate‑housing contract with Tallapoosa County and a 5‑year managed service agreement with Imaging Business Machines, LLC (ibml) for document scanning and filing services. The minutes show these actions were passed by formal motion with no recorded opposition.
