Autauga County OKs incentives for Owens Corning manufacturing project; agreement cites $325 million investment and 89 jobs

The Autauga County Commission unanimously approved Resolution #2026-1 on Oct. 7, 2025, authorizing an incentives and development agreement with Owens Corning Roofing and Asphalt, LLC for a proposed manufacturing facility at the South Industrial Park.

The approved agreement records an initial capital investment of up to $325,000,000 and a jobs commitment of 89 full‑time positions.
