Diana Skiles of Pine Branch Real Estate presented a $35,000 cash offer for the county-owned building at 402 Vine Street during the March 3 Rawlins County Board of Commissioners meeting. Skiles said the property is listed for $100,000 and noted that the sewer needs to be addressed and there are several unspecified items that require attention.
