Countywide Planning Commission unanimously approves code revisions to Chapter 2
On June 2, 2025, the Countywide Planning Commission unanimously approved PLN24-103, revising Chapter 2 to remove references to Basin and Subbasin Master Plans and consolidate those plans into the Countywide Comprehensive Plan; approval included three findings and one condition requiring County Attorney review.

The Countywide Planning Commission on June 2, 2025, voted 7-0 to approve PLN24-103, a package of revisions to Chapter 2 that removes references to Basin and Subbasin Master Plans and consolidates those materials into the Countywide Comprehensive Plan. Becky Walter moved to approve the ordinance change; Gillian McGinnis seconded the motion.
